The 5 km run is a great way to get in shape, and most people can cope with the distance.
Obviously everyone is different, some have never exercised in their life, while others are fun runners who train a few times a week. With this in mind we have devised a plan that is right for you.
Remember: If you’ve never exercised before, you should see your doctor to make sure it is safe for you to do so.
